NSG Review Voting Platform
Village Vote has been optimized for Neighbourhood Small Grant jury process, fostering community engagement and bringing democratic decision-making to the world of neighbourhood grants.
It solves the problem of equitably allocating limited funds among a large number of qualifying proposals by allowing the community to decide democratically within the framework of the program's goals.
Flexible Jury Membership
The Village Vote can be used with a jury of any size, either an invited group of jury members, or with voting opened up to your entire neighbourhood community, or a combination of both.
Custom Evaluation Metrics
Community jury members evaluate each proposal on a customizable set of metrics which are created to represent the program's funding goals. Each metric can be given a different weight, or the weights can be dynamically assigned by vote.

Example of rating a proposal on four metrics.
Nuanced and Transparent Results
With each proposal scored along several gradients by a diverse cross-section of people, the process provides deep insight into the wishes of the community. Village Vote offers a number of unique vote processing methods to avoid bias and find common ground.
Pricing
Village Vote is currently being offered on a by-donation pay-what-you-can basis starting at $500 CAD for a basic NSG cycle.
